AS production brief
The advice below is for the WJEC MS2 coursework unit.
A series of advertisements using at least three original images from a campaign for health education or a charity. At least three advertisements in total.
- You will be given specific deadlines for pre-production, production and report.
- You’ll be assessed on three areas: pre-production (20/100), production (40/100) and report (40/1000).
- You will see reference to ‘original images’ in the brief. These are images that you have taken specifically for this task. You should include the original photographs in the appendix to your report and record any manipulation, cropping etc that you may have found necessary.
- Warning – This unit is worth 50% of your AS mark. Be very careful about all your choices, ensuring that you take full advantage of opportunities to redraft.
